What exactly is our COST BREAKDOWN ?

VANS
The purchase and maintenance of each technician’s service van, including up to date insurance.

FUEL
Until Tesla releases a service van, we have to continue using gasoline for our vans.

TOOLS
From simple wrenches to specialized hand tools & sockets, vacuum pumps etc, we need to have the proper tools on hand to get the job done right.

VAN STOCK
We keep a variety of parts on hand in our service vans that are prone to needing replacement during the average life span of an appliance. Keeping a well stocked van allows us to have over a 75% first time completion rate.

LIABILITY INSURANCE
We take great care to protect your home while we are visiting but unintended mistakes can occur. When we are at fault, we want to make sure you are protected.

TECHNICIAN TRAINING
providing continuing education throughout the technician’s career is vital to familiarize them with the latest appliances on the market today. Many hours go into the continued education and training of repair technicians. With the introduction of new industry technologies, a repairman must continue to learn new techniques and understand more intricate electronic systems. Our technicians are trained professionals who undergo yearly training and have our entire organization’s support in the field. We stand behind all our work for 90 days parts & labor.
