Our open-box appliances are graded based on visible cosmetic imperfections or damage affecting the exterior appearance once installed. Regardless of grade, all appliances are fully functional and perform as intended. Below is a detailed breakdown of our grading system to help you understand the condition of each product:
 
Grade A – These appliances have no identifiable forward-facing imperfections. While there may be minor, non-forward-facing visible imperfections elsewhere on the unit, these do not affect appearance after installation or functionality.
 
Grade B – These appliances have minor surface blemishes or light scratches that are often difficult to notice. These imperfections do not impact the appliance’s overall appearance once installed or affect its functionality.
 
Grade C – These appliances may have one or more surface dents or imperfections. While these flaws are more apparent, they are usually localized and may not be visible once installed. Functionality remains unaffected.
 
Grade D – Grade D units feature noticeable dents, scratches, or blemishes on forward-facing areas visible after installation. Despite these cosmetic issues, the appliance functions properly.
 
Grade F – These appliances have prominent surface imperfections, including multiple dents, scratches, or blemishes that affect overall appearance. However, they remain fully operational and function as intended.
