Three stainless-steel U-shaped main burners produce 20,000 BTU each, delivering a combined 60,000 BTU across the 603-square-inch primary cooking surface. The U-burners feature dual rows of double-lanced ports on three sides to distribute heat evenly, while locked-in-place ceramic briquettes absorb and redistribute heat, minimize hot spots, and vaporize drippings for enhanced flavor. A flush-mounted 15,000 BTU rear infrared burner and heavy-duty 50-lb.-torque rotisserie motor provide consistent roasting performance, bringing total output to 75,000 BTU. The SafeTouch air-curtain system directs ambient air between the firebox and front control panel to keep the bullnose and controls cooler during operation.
