MI-QHUB Series 8 in. No Hub 301 and 305 Stainless Steel Quick Hub Shield Coupling with Neoprene Sealing Ring
Features
- MIFAB® Series MI-QHUB (specify size) no hub couplings are manufactured with quick hub gaskets made with neoprene and three sealing rings that meets the requirements of ASTM C564 housed inside a type 301 stainless steel corrugated shield
- Two (2” through 4” size), four (6” through10” size) or six (12” sizes) type 301 stainless steel clamps tightened with 5/16” type 305 stainless steel hex head screws surround the shield to provide the sealing force
- MI-QHUB Series couplings are tested and certified to the ASTM-C1277, CISPI 310, NSF, CSA B70 and CSA B602 (File # 247608) standards and are listed with IAPMO
- Also tested and certified by Intertek testing services to CAN/ULC S102.2 "smoke test". Patented pipe clamp for joining all types of pipe
- 40% less labor
- Less skilled labor helper required
- Complete job quicker to make deadlines
- Fast assembly - assembles over cast iron fitting with ease
- Torque requirements - same 60 to 80 lb torque requirement as regular couplings
